Abruf der zuständigen Krankenkasse nach § 28a Absatz 3e SGB IV

Für die Abgabe von Meldungen an Krankenkassen können Arbeitgeber, Zahlstellen, die Agenturen für Arbeit und die zugelassenen kommunalen Träger nach § 6a SGB II (Optionskommunen) die aktuelle Mitgliedschaft bei einer Krankenkasse in elektronischer Form beim GKV-Spitzenverband nach § 28a Absätze 3c und 3d SGB IV abfragen.
