Meldungen an die Annahmestelle der berufsständischen Versorgungseinrichtungen

Nachfolgend finden Sie die Dokumente, die Meldungen der Arbeitgeber an die DASBV als Annahmestelle der berufsständischen Versorgungseinrichtungen behandelt. Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft berufsständischer Versorgungseinrichtungen e. V. (ABV) beschreibt die Besonderheiten im Arbeitgeberverfahren ergänzend zum gemeinsamen Rundschreiben der Sozialversicherungsträger zum gemeinsamen Meldeverfahren.

Die Richtlinien regeln die automatisierte Datenübermittlung zwischen der Versorgungsanstalt des Bundes und der Länder (nachfolgend als ZVE bezeichnet) und den beteiligten Arbeitgebern, die zur automatisierten Datenübermittlung zugelassen sind. Die Datenübermittlung erfolgt durch Datenübertragung oder auf maschinell verwertbaren Datenträgern. An der automatisierten Datenübermittlung können alle Arbeitgeber teilnehmen, die Beteiligte der ZVE sind. Die Teilnahme muss bei der ZVE beantragt werden.
