Stattdessen ist im Berufsbildungsgesetz eine besondere Regelung geschaffen worden \u2013 eine mindeste Ausbildungsverg\u00fctung auf niedrigerem Niveau als der Mindestlohn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Ausnahme gibt es allerdings: Sieht ein Tarifvertrag eine geringere Ausbildungsverg\u00fctung vor als das Gesetz vorsieht, so ist das zul\u00e4ssig. Die meisten Tarifvertr\u00e4ge enthalten allerdings h\u00f6here Ausbildungsverg\u00fctungen. F\u00fcr alle anderen gelten die gesetzlichen Mindestbetr\u00e4ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und: Betroffen sind alle Ausbildungsvertr\u00e4ge, die ab dem 1. Januar 2020 abgeschlossen wurden bzw. jetzt abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die H\u00f6he der Mindestausbildungsverg\u00fctung ist unterschiedlich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die H\u00f6he der Mindestausbildungsverg\u00fctung wird zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr das erste Ausbildungsjahr festgelegt. F\u00fcr die weiteren Ausbildungsjahre wird dieser Basiswert angehoben und zwar um<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>18 Prozent im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 Prozent im dritten Ausbildungsjahr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 Prozent im vierten Ausbildungsjahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So viel Geld gibt es in Euro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die folgende Tabelle zeigt Ihnen, wie hoch die Mindestausbildungsverg\u00fctung in den einzelnen Ausbildungsjahren ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>\n<p><strong>Beginn der Ausbildung<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td><td>\n<p><strong>1.
